Clarification To The Announcement On The Notice Of A Change In The Percentage Level Of A Substantial Shareholder's Interests

The Board of Directors of AEI Corporation Ltd. (the "Company") refers to the announcement on the Notice of a Change in the Percentage Level of a Substantial Shareholder's Interests made by the Company on 20 June 2007 (Announcement No. 00102) and wishes to clarify that the circumstance(s) giving rise to the interest or change in interest should be "Open Market Sale" instead of "Open Market Purchase".
